Something not quite right? Not a problem. Returns are possible within 30 days of purchase -- no questions asked. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact email@example.com. Please remember to include your order number and add photos.
How much do returns cost?
Returns for German orders are free.
For EU / World returns, please choose a shipping carrier of your choice.
How do I start a return?
It’s super, super easy. Visit our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice.
Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. Finally you'll get a confirmation email.
Can I make an exchange?
It is currently not possible to place a direct exchange. Please return your item and place a new order.
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Not at all. Ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that each item is packed back into the "no-plastic" bag it came in, to protect the item - thank you!
Is an order slip required?
Nope! We have all the information we need, so long as your returned product still has its original tags intact and your name is written on the shipping label.
Where can I find my shipping label?
Once you start your return, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. For german customers a return shipping label willl be sent to your email for easy access.
EU/World customers: Once your return is approved, you will be sent the return shipping address. We advise to use a trackable shipping method. Please note that NAMILIA isn't liable for any lost or undelivered returns.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Sorry about that! If you've received your order and it’s damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within five days of receipt. Sending us photos and your order number will be super helpful! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service will get back to you asap.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received back at our warehouse it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
