Something not quite right? Not a problem. Returns are possible within 30 days of purchase -- no questions asked. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, then please contact support@namilia.com. Please remember to include your order number and add photos. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for a return.

How much do returns cost?

Returns for German orders: If you return the goods using our return label, you will be charged an amount 5€, which will be deducted from your refund.
We kindly ask our EU customers to return their items with a carrier of their choice, we recommend to us a trackable service, as NAMILIA is not liable for lost packages.
For all international returns, please notice that you will be provided a DHL Express Return Label and shipping costs will be deducted from your return. 

How do I start a return?

It’s super, super easy. Visit our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or order number and shipping zip code — your choice.
Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. Finally you'll get a confirmation email.

Can I make an exchange?

It is currently not possible to place a direct exchange. Please return your item and place a new order.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

Not at all. Ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that each item is packed back into the "no-plastic" bag it came in, to protect the item - thank you!

Is an order slip required?

Yes, our international customers will be provided with a packing slip, please print and place on the outside of your parcel. This will help with customs clearance and speed up your return process!

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you start your return, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. For german customers a return shipping label willl be sent to your email for easy access.
EU/World customers: Once your return is approved, you will be sent the return shipping address. We advise to use a trackable shipping method. Please note that NAMILIA isn't liable for any lost or undelivered returns.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry about that! If you've received your order and it’s damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within five days of receipt. Sending us photos and your order number will be super helpful! Email us at support@namilia.com and our customer service will get back to you asap. 

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received back at our warehouse it will be inspected within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
